Columbus Crew Stadium
Turner Construction Company and Smoot Construction Company were responsible for the construction of the Columbus Crew Stadium located in west corridor of downtown Columbus, Ohio. Completed in 2021, the 460,000 square-foot premier Major League Soccer (MLS) stadium boasts a 20,000-seat canopy-covered stadium with executive suites that offer spectators prime viewing.
John Glenn Columbus International Airport Consolidated Rental Car Facility (CONRAC)
Led by Turner Construction Company with Ascension Construction Solutions as a partner, the CONRAC consisted of a new 1,000,000 square-foot facility with more than 2,000 vehicles contained within a multi-level ready return garage, quick-turnaround area and idle vehicle storage areas. This project was one of the first pieces of the airport’s long-range plan for expanding capacity of the airport.
ECDI Schoolhouse Renovation
Ascension Construction Solutions in partnership with Turner Construction Company upgraded ECDI headquarters – a century-old schoolhouse (1655 Old Leonard Avenue, Columbus) – into a 13,000-square-foot hub of local entrepreneurial innovation.
